I bought my Infra red sauna a few months back. I do a regular sauna practice each week but some days I can’t get out to do it. So having the flexibility of my own sauna blanket in my house was appealing. I haven’t regretted buying it, it has been amazing. I highly recommend the Koanna company for their sauna blanket, it’s amazing.
I love the infrared sauna blanket. It's my time to rest, reset and rejuvenate. This is a great investment in your health and cannot recommend enough.

Perfect. Easy to set up. Versatile enough to use on bed or sofa. Enhances the feeling of relaxation. Great sleep aid and destessor. I absolutely love it. I can't quite do 60 minutes as it makes you totally sweat. Feel like i have a little bit of luxury in my home. A real gift to yourself to support your physical health and emotional well-being. I did hesitate due to the price, but it was totally worth it. My husband loves it as well
I am enjoying regularly using the sauna blanket, straightforward to use and set up. The insert towel makes it ready for use in no time without having to deep clean each time. I certainly have felt more relaxed, improving sleep and less tension in muscles.
