The main reason I bought this was to relieve my grade 4 osteoarthritis in my right knee. After just one week, it already felt a little better. Cold, wet days which usually cause constant pain were suddenly pain-free. Pain only occurred after intense workouts. It’s still early, but it definitely feels better. It has been a very necessary tool in my healing of a severely twisted ankle and busted shoulder and right back side as a consequence of the unbalanced walking for a few months with the sprained ankle. Also my miopia has improved from looking, not directly, in the red light. I use pulsing on the NIR and love it that I can choose whatever frequency I want and since I've got 2 panels I can make them pulse differently. The stand took some time to assemble and had to improvise a few bolts since I've got 2 different panel models V1 and V2. It is very well made and sturdy.

Loving getting to know my new Red light/NIR panel. I’ve a complex illness so I’m doing a lot of research (the regular emails from Koanna really help) to understand the different percentages, hertz and pulses of the waves. I’ve already mastered 73% nir for my lighter headaches, they’re gone in an instant! My autoimmune issues are responding too. It’s early days still but I’m very enthusiastic about my purchase, even though I’m still only on 40% and very short treatments a few days a week, so I don’t overdo it..
