This has been an incredible experience so far. I made this purchase based off the fact that i have an old back injury that has finally caught up with me. Ive tried so many other things, but the ifrared therapy is proving to give me the most relief and i feel im healing on a different level. I love it! I use the blanket almost every day for up to 60 minutes. It helps me relieve stress and wind down. Especially in the evening, the heat helps me unwind after a stressful day. It takes about 5–8 minutes to preheat the blanket on setting 6. On setting 6, it takes about 25 minutes for the infrared rays to raise my body temperature and for me to start sweating. After that, I continue to sweat heavily on setting 4, even though the room is cold. It takes some time for my circulation to adjust to the heat. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the sauna blanket.

It was also important to me to have an insert/liner so everything stays hygienic when you sweat more heavily; I definitely recommend ordering that as well.
